Processing Time
All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created before it ships. During busy seasons, pop-ups, or custom launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving and communicate clearly.
Shipping Method & Timing
Orders are shipped via USPS (or your preferred carrier chosen by you at checkout). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because many items are custom or personalized, production times may vary slightly. Please double-check all spelling and details before submitting your order — we stitch exactly what’s entered.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Fresh & Thready is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered but missing. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly first, then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage to reship.
Returns and Exchanges
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
Non-Personalized Items
If your item is not personalized and arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.
Personalized Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized items due to customer error (including spelling, wording, or color choices). Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll review and make it right if the issue occurred during production or shipping.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not begun. Once stitching or assembly starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
